We’ve put everything you need to know right here — scheduling, payments, what’s included in your clean, how to prepare, and more. At Extreme Clean Solutions, we believe in keeping things simple, clear, and honest, so you always know exactly what to expect 

A quick pick-up is all that’s needed. Please remove excess clutter from areas you want cleaned. We may skip overly cluttered areas to stay on schedule.


Each cleaning comes with a detailed checklist. Standard, deep, and move-out services all include different levels of cleaning. Add-ons like inside appliances or windows can be booked ahead of time.


Yes — we bring everything needed to clean your home safely and effectively. We do not use customer-provided products.


Yes! Extras must be scheduled in advance so we can allow enough time.


A card on file is required for all recurring customers. One-time customers arrange at scheduling.


On the day of cleaning. A receipt is emailed automatically.


Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are charged in full. Credits can be used within 30 days.


Yes — pricing is based on the home’s condition and workload. More people, pets, or changes that affect cleaning time may result in a rate adjustment.


If your monthly cleaning is skipped or delayed past 4 weeks, a deep-clean fee may be added.


Yes — we’re fully insured and bonded. All employees are screened.


No. As long as we have safe access (door code, key, etc.), you do not need to be present.


We kindly ask that customers refrain from smoking while our team is working in the home.


We love pets! For everyone’s comfort and safety, please keep pets secured in a safe area away from where we’re cleaning.


Every member of our team is screened to ensure professionalism and safety.


Move-out cleanings are top-to-bottom and include extras like baseboards, doors, drawers, cabinets, light fixtures, and more.
 

We do not clean: mold, heavy nicotine tar, or biohazard situations.


Yes — we require water, electricity, and AC/heat to clean properly.


Yes, but appliances must be moved out by the customer.

If your cleaning lands on a holiday, we’ll contact you to reschedule.


The sooner the better — availability varies. Recurring customers receive priority scheduling.


Absolutely! Tips are always appreciated. They can be added to your card on file or sent via Cash App: $ExtremeCleanSolution.


We’ll notify you right away. Services may pause until updated information is provided.


We use trusted, effective products our team is trained on. For safety reasons, we do not use customer-supplied products or allow outside chemicals to be applied before or during our visit.

We do our best to keep the same technician or team on your schedule whenever possible.


It depends on availability and job size — usually 1–2 cleaners.
